What is your refund policy?
You have 14 days to return and be refunded for a product. The following items are excluded for eligibility for a refund: sale items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note we are not able to refund postage costs. You must contact us immediately on receipt of your order and provide photographs to complete your return. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will then provide you with the appropriate return address. You are responsible for paying for your return postage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
If after 14 days you have yet to receive your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@freckledpetal.co.uk.
Do I need to water dried flowers?
Dried flowers do not require any water. Just place in a vase and enjoy your new flowers!
How do I care for dried flowers?
Dried flowers can last up to 2 years if looked after correctly. We recommend the following:
- Place your flowers in an area of your home that is out of direct sunlight. This will prevent colour loss.
- You can gently hairspray your flowers to reduce flowers from shedding.
- Do not place in damp or wet areas of your home such as a bathroom. Dried flowers will go mouldy.
- You should find twine around the base of your flowers. Keep this on to maintain their shape and design.
- Over time, you may find a build up of dust on your flowers. To clean gently blow dry them on a low cool setting.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We have worked hard to use packaging from recycled and recyclable materials where possible.
- Our tissue paper and kraft paper are made from 100% recycled content
- Our tape is recyclable and vegan friendly.
- We recycle all packaging that we receive in our wholesale orders to pack your orders safely.
- Our shipping boxes are made partially from recycled materials and are recyclable. compostable and biodegradable.
- We use hand dyed ribbon sourced from a local London maker.
- Due to costs our stickers and POS are currently not made from recycled content, however we are looking to change this in the near future. Our POS cards are recyclable and we are looking into alternative stickers that are recyclable. If you would rather not receive these materials, please send us a note when ordering.
- All reusable parts of our dried flowers that come from our bouquet orders are used in our wreaths and on our cards.
